We are pleased to announce that Dr. Ichio Motono, Senior Executive Director of YPC, has been appointed as the International Association of Ports and Harbors (IAPH) Vice President (Asia, SouthWest, East & Middle East) (2025-2027).
He was formally inaugurated at the IAPH Annual General Meeting held in Kobe on October 9, 2025, alongside President Jens Meier and five other Vice Presidents representing each region.
The Executive Directors are the President and six Vice Presidents, and they form the Board, who has general authority to establish broad principles and objectives of IAPH and to make any decision regarding its operation, financing and structure of IAPH.
