Leasing of Chassis Parking Areas and Commuter Parking Lots

We operate commuter parking lots and chassis Parking areas to improve the working environment for those working in the pier and the road environment on the pier. We also cooperate with trucking companies, the police, and other relevant organizations to conduct, e.g., safety patrols in implementing on-site traffic measures.

Construction-Generated Soil Utilization Business

We receive construction-generate soil produced from public works around Yokohama under the commissioning of the Yokohama city. We oversee the entire process from counter services to receiving the soil, sea transportation, landfilling, and monitoring the surrounding environment.

Environment Conservation Fund Activities

Based on investment returns from the Environmental Conservation Fund provided by Yokohama City, we engage in cleaning activities to preserve the marine environment of the Port of Yokohama. We also release juvenile flounder, rockfish and sole as part of efforts to maintain and cultivate aquatic life in the surround waters. This is done through events for elementary school children to educate them on the importance of marine environmental preservation.

Domestic and Overseas Consulting

As part of our efforts to leverage and enhance our technical capabilities based on our experience and achievements in facility development and maintenance at the Port of Yokohama, we promote consulting services for ports in domestic and overseas. In collaboration with the City of Yokohama and others, we provide consulting services such as surveys, technical cooperation and human resource development support for port development, functional enhancement, maintenance and management, and environmental impact reduction, both in Japan and overseas.
