On May 22, 2025, Yokohama Port Corporation(YPC) President Uematsu extended a warm welcome to Mr. Eric Holbik, Vice President of Commercial Development, and Mr. Parrish Lawler, Senior Business Development Manager from the Alabama Port Authority, USA, during their visit to the Port of Yokohama, where they engaged in discussions with members of the Port and Harbor Bureau, City of Yokohama and YPC.
Vice President Holbik delivered a presentation regarding the operations at the Port of Mobile, Alabama’s main port, including the Inland Terminal, the newly established automobile terminal, and the environmental initiatives in place.
President Uematsu expounded its latest initiatives at the Port of Yokohama, which encompass the management of automobile terminals and logistics parks, along with its proactive measures to tackle environmental challenges.
